This is how we work
Six Steps to a Finished Structure
#1 Survey
Tell us what you need, and we'll check out the site. That's where we'll determine what solutions fit the space and what's truly worth it.
#2 Measurement
On-site, we will precisely measure the openings, the supporting structure, and the mounting points. This way, we won't discover during installation that something is off by an inch.
#3 Quotation and Material Selection
You'll receive a detailed quote, and we'll work together to choose the material: carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Each has its own uses—we'll tell you which one is best for what.
#4 Manufacturing
The structure is manufactured in our own workshop: cutting, welding, and surface treatment. We can handle both one-of-a-kind pieces and small production runs.
#5 On-site Installation
We will take it out, assemble it in place, secure it, and adjust it. We will thoroughly test the moving mechanisms—gates, sliding gates.
#6 Handover
We'll go over the finished work together and let you know what to look out for during maintenance. If you need any adjustments later on, feel free to let us know.
