This is how we work
Six steps to the finished workpiece
#1 Inquiry
You write or call and tell me what you need. A photo, a sketch, or a drawing will help a lot.
#2 Survey and Materials Testing
We will examine the workpiece and the material: carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. If necessary, we will go on-site.
#3 Quote
We'll list what we'll do and how, and you'll receive a clear quote. No surprises at the end.
#4 Preparation
We procure the material, cut it to size, and clean the surfaces. Good preparation is half the battle.
#5 Welding
We will assemble and weld the piece - in the workshop or at your site, as the job requires.
#6 Post-Production and Delivery
We clean up the seams, perform the necessary surface treatment, and then install or deliver the finished piece.
